Developed for the Spring N64 Style Graphics Jam #2, where it snagged first place, this game invites you into the bustling world of Hamster Chef as he embarks on a quest to prepare scrumptious meals for his animal friends.
The journey ignites as our furry protagonist squeezes through a hole in the wall, setting off on a quest for ingredients that don’t grow in the village. But this isn't just a simple grocery run—it's an adventure filled with unexpected encounters, including a mysterious monster lurking in the shadows and the intriguing subplot of searching for Hop Pop Hopper's missing Grandpa.
Go! Go! Hamster Chef! cleverly blends elements of cooking and horror, drawing you into a world that feels both nostalgic and fresh. The game’s cooking portions feel similar to Cooking Mama, while the village exploration has more of an Animal Crossing vibe.
